Refund and Return Policy
At Prime Finesse, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there was a mistake on our end, we will be more than happy to do whatever we can to correct the mistake. If it is our mistake, please return the product within seven (7) days of your notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, with a reason for the request subject to the return of the Product to us in substantially the same condition as when you purchased it (in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition).
Products that are received by Prime Finesse that is not in its original packaging and used will be returned to you and no refund will be issued, as we cannot resell the product. If you want to return a product for any reason, simply fill out a Prime Finesse Return Authorization Form and ship your product(s) back to us within 7 days from the day you received your order. The Return Authorization Form is required for all returns and exchanges and will help us expedite and track your request, to receive your refund faster.

Once we receive your product(s) and Return Authorization Form, we will process your refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling) within five business days. Please note that it can take some banks up to 7-10 business days to refund your account. This is a policy that each bank sets for itself.
